(for very comlexed restorations or montage), all depend on complexity of work, original picture quality, and your requirements. Discounts on a larger orders, of course. Some price guidelines:

Carefull, Realistic Portrait Retouch - 5 $ + per photo
Included: Blemish removal, teeth whitening, skin smoothing, weight reducing, body shape adjusting (if preferred), red eye fix, color lightness and contrast adjustments

Photo Montage - 10 - 15 $ + per montage
Included: Removing backgrounds, combining few photos / details into one photo on preferred background

Or if you have not ordinary projects to be done, you can hire skilled retoucher for 15 $ per hour.
